Which battery is better for a PDA?

Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery
or
lithium CR2032 battery

I'm trading out of my current PalmZ21 because it doesn't hold a charge. I have to charge it every 2-3 days even when not in use.
I'm looking at Sharp PDAs, but I want a battery that will stay for a while and I don't have to change it or charge it every week.
Which one is better to have?
