S.E W995 Issue, Any Ideas?

Hey
Ive recently had my phone repaired after it got very damaged in a asult (destroyed screen, bent slider and dented battery)
now my questions are these

1.
It will only charge up to 18% and says on the meter its still going but dosnt on Phone Status

2.
A 100% battery (when i had one for those 2 days) lasted 6-8 hours but before that it would only last 3-4 hours

3.
Bluetooth is greyed out, Phone Name and Bluetooth, i just get Currently Unavalible

4.
Used to get red light light up and stay on then 10-20 mins later it would vibrate and start chargine

5.
Alot of heat coming from under the sim reader right by the Upper speaker.

6.
There Seems To Be Somthing Draining The Power baddly

Those are my questions
this is what ive done to try and resolve them

1.
Changed battery with one from a S.E S500i, Battery No.
Volt And Serial are a exsact match

2.
A Firmware Reinstall (Advised By Customer Services)

3.
Fast Port Cleaned

4.
Tryed Charging With NO Sim or Memory Card ( Nothing Changed)

5.
Master Reset (This Shortened The Red Light To 1-2 Mins)

6.
Checked The Service Tests Via The Left Right Left left Right Trick ;)

7.
Tryed 3 Differnt Chargers

8.
Tryed Both Batterys ( Same Result Even The Dented Battery)

9.
To Try And Sort 6 I Did This, On the top part of the Main Board under the sim reader i ripped out the silver square with the 2 prongs, this made the battery life extend to the 6-8 hours, but with it out its as if its gone back to normal so i put it back in

10.
Im Attempting to charge the phone in USB as i think PIN12 is faulty (only a idea)

Any Ideas? If You need ANY more info just ask

Just a NOTE, Im very Good at S.E so if you talk about flashing and stuff i know what your on about hehe (Fixed K800i's All the Time)
